Attorney Navin joined Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen in 2010 as a litigation paralegal after having graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 2009 with a B.A. in history and economics. While maintaining his responsibilities as a paralegal, he enrolled as a part-time evening student at Quinnipiac University School of Law to pursue his law degree. Attorney Navin completed his 1L and made the decision to transfer to the University of Connecticut School of Law, while still retaining his paralegal position at the firm, where he earned his J.D. in 2015. Attorney Navin’s coursework was recognized with a CALI Award for excellence in Advanced Torts.
Attorney Navin’s work at Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen focuses on litigation matters relative to victims of mesothelioma, in addition to arbitrations involving asbestos bankruptcy trusts.
A member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the New Haven County Bar Association, Attorney Navin is licensed in Connecticut and Rhode Island to practice law.
