Chris Meisenkothen
Chris Meisenkothen is a lawyer and partner at the firm Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen. Over the years, he has litigated hundreds of mesothelioma cases. With his efforts, his clients have received millions of dollars in compensation.
In 2023, one of his cases won the largest asbestos jury verdict in Connecticut history. The court awarded $20 million for a maintenance worker who died of mesothelioma. Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers have recognized Chris for his achievements.
Chris received his BA in history and sociology from the University of Connecticut. He earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the states of Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts and New York.
Beyond litigation, Chris publishes papers and speaks at mesothelioma conferences. He’s also done pro bono work for Italian asbestos victims for many years.
