Scott Frost

Scott Frost is a lawyer and partner at Frost Law Firm. He is licensed to practice law in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon, Texas and Washington. He is also a VA-accredited attorney and Army veteran. For 25 years, he has represented victims of mesothelioma and other types of asbestos disease. His firm has won verdicts worth millions of dollars for clients.

Scott’s father was a construction worker who worked with asbestos products for years. He later developed lung cancer and passed away during treatment. Since then, Scott has been passionate about fighting for families in similar situations. He works to protect future generations from harmful corporations.

Scott received his BSBA from Xavier University and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He also graduated from the Trial Lawyers College. Beyond litigation, he does pro bono work and often presents at asbestos conferences.
