David Halpern

David is the founder and owner of The Halpern Law Firm, the firm that he opened in 2021. David attended Delaware Law School through Widener University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He has spent decades exclusively as an attorney in asbestos litigation, and he knows the ins and outs of the industry, including the work sites and the manufacturers in Pennsylvania that exposed workers to asbestos.
