Situated on the Schuylkill River, Conshohocken is located in southern Pennsylvania approximately 15 miles from Philadelphia. In 1850, Conshohocken became the third incorporated borough in Montgomery County, after Norristown and Pottstown. Occupying a total area of 1.0 square miles, Conshohocken is home to over 7,800 residents and is commonly referred to by its colloquial nickname, “Conshy”.
