Mark Strauss

Attorney Strauss is a co-founder of Early & Strauss L.L.C., our affiliate office in New York City, and is of counsel to Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Strauss LLC He graduated from Washington University (Saint Louis) with a BS/BA in 1981 and with a Juris Doctorate in 1987. He has concentrated his practice on representing individuals injured by toxins. Since 1989 he has represented individuals injured by asbestos, dioxin and DES (stilbesterol). Presently, he concentrates his practice in representing asbestos victims, especially those suffering with mesothelioma. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Missouri and Illinois. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
